Rebuild your body. Rebuild your discipline. Rebuild your confidence. Rebuild the life you stopped recognizing.
For people hit by life, who gained the weight, lost confidence, and stopped trusting themselves.
Not punishment. Not another crash diet. Structure. Discipline. Progress.
Sometimes life changes first. Then the body follows.
Maybe you lost a relationship. A career. A business. Someone you loved. A home. A dream. Your confidence. Your routine. Your sense of purpose.
Or maybe life kept hitting until you looked in the mirror and didn't recognize the person looking back. You started avoiding pictures, mirrors, family events, and people who remembered the old you. Simple things became harder. And every time you said, "I'll start Monday," Monday came and went.
Project Resurface was built for that person. Not to shame you for where you are, but to help you build your way out. You are not here to go backward. You are here to resurface.
THIS IS BIGGER THAN WEIGHT LOSS.
We train the body because it gives us something measurable to attack. Underneath the workouts, cardio, macros, photos, and weigh-ins, we are rebuilding your ability to keep promises to yourself. When motivation disappears, your system remains. That is where self-trust starts coming back.
THE TWO LAWS OF PROJECT RESURFACE
DISCIPLINE OVER MOTIVATION. The plan cannot depend on your mood. We build systems you can follow whether motivation showed up or stayed in bed.
PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION. You will have imperfect days. Project Resurface does not teach punishment when life happens. You adjust. Resume. Continue. One mistake does not erase the work you've already done.
A complete, structured transformation system that teaches you how to train, eat, progress, recover, track results, handle setbacks, and eventually operate without somebody making every decision for you.
YOUR WEEK HAS STRUCTURE
Monday: Strength + Core
Tuesday: Conditioning
Wednesday: Strength + Core
Thursday: Conditioning
Friday: Strength + Core
Saturday: Complete Rest
Sunday: Complete Rest
No random workouts. No punishment sessions. No doubling cardio because you ate something you regret. Train. Recover. Progress. Repeat.
PROGRESS IS EARNED
You do not need to be an athlete to start. Use the appropriate regression, master it, and earn the next progression. Calendar week never overrides readiness.
NUTRITION WITHOUT THE GUESSING GAME
Learn how calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats, fiber, and bodyweight trends work. One flat week does not cause panic. If your trend stalls for two consecutive weeks, audit execution first. If execution is strong and the plateau is real, reduce carbohydrates by 25 grams. Protein and fat stay the same. Data first. Decision second.
TRACK THE SIGNAL
Daily weigh-ins give us data. Your seven-day average gives us the trend. Track progress photos, measurements, strength, conditioning, nutrition adherence, weekly wins, struggles, and adjustments. Every week, answer: "Did I keep the commitments I made to myself?"
YOUR PROGRESS LIVES IN YOUR PHONE
Everfit becomes your Resurfacer headquarters. Open the app. See today's work. Train. Track it. Upload photos. Record measurements. Complete the weekly check-in. Move on with your day. The program is revealed progressively so you see what you need, not the entire playbook at once.
Simple enough to execute. Structured enough to progress.

Fitness had been part of my life long before Project Resurface. I was a college basketball player, but injuries changed that path. I tore my ACL for the first time in October 2010 and had surgery that December. From January through June 2011, my weight climbed from 153 to 196 pounds. In December 2011, I began professional strength and conditioning with Matt Johnson. I attended Harford Community College from August through December 2012, then returned to strength and conditioning from January through June 2013. In late July 2013, I tore my ACL a second time and underwent surgery on August 13, 2013.
During 2014, I worked at UPS and Dick's Sporting Goods while rebuilding my direction. By December 2014, at around 180 pounds, I had earned my NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential. I later added Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise credentials. In June 2015, I began training clients at the YMCA. From 2016 through 2022, I built Elite Athletics and Personal Training LLC and spent years helping other people transform.
Then life hit me differently. Personal loss and a mental-health crisis in September 2022 disrupted my training and the life I had built. What followed was a long cycle of training, stopping, returning, walking, and starting over again through 2023, 2024, and early 2025.
My weight climbed from 169 pounds in September 2022 to a peak of 317 pounds by June 2025, roughly two years and nine months. I was not inactive for that entire period, but I never built enough consistency to stop the overall decline. I isolated myself, avoided pictures and mirrors, withdrew from family gatherings, and even missed funerals for loved ones because I had pulled so far away.
On June 5, 2025, I started training again. At my June 12 doctor's appointment, I weighed 309 pounds and learned that I had high LDL cholesterol, high triglycerides, and a fatty liver. I kept training through the rest of 2025, but my nutrition was not fully locked in, and I finished December 31 at 300 pounds.
On January 1, 2026, I decided the rebuild had to become different. I started the year at 300 pounds and committed to structured training, nutrition, cardio, tracking, photos, videos, and journaling. That rebuild is still in progress as Project Resurface moves toward launch, not because I feel motivated every morning, but because I am rebuilding the ability to trust myself.
Knowing how fitness works is not the same as knowing how to rebuild yourself after your life falls apart. Project Resurface came from living both sides of that truth: helping other people transform, then needing to resurface myself.
I'm not standing on the shore yelling instructions. I've been in the water.
WE, NOT ME. I don't win if you don't win. This business exists to help you find the level of support you actually need. Results come first.
